Monster Media is one of the proliferent publishers of BBS-Ready CD-ROMs in
the industry. This disc lives up to their regularly high standards.
Usually, in this paragraph, I cover the BBS file listings available on the
CD-ROM. I'm not going to do that this time. Why? Well, there are just
too darn many of them! (smile!) If I take the time to cover them all,
you are going to be reading this for quite some time. I'll just say that
there are many, many file listings, and they all looked like they were
technically correct. I didn't see anything to complain about.
The file sub-directories are named "descriptively", so that the directory
with health information in it is called "\HEALTH". This is a format that's
easy to work with when you are attempting to locate something in a hurry.
The files on the disc look good, with no obvious problems.
I can tell, this is going to be a short review... (smile!) Overall, I like
this disc. The BBS-Support is excellent, the file selection is good, and
the layout is intelligent. Monster Media has been learning their tradecraft
and this work shows it. This will make a good addition to your BBS or
personal shareware collection.
